SZI Outsourcing Pvt Ltd, owned by Syed Zafar Imam, is allegedly cheating most of its employees by not paying their salaries. They do not adhere to any labor laws and fraudulently ask employees to sign conditional KRAs after recruiting. Many employees have reportedly been cheated by SZI Outsourcing. They initially promised to pay my salary upon resignation, but when I inquired, they said they wouldn't. Later, they mentioned they would pay my salary after 45 days in June 2013, but now it has been over two months, and they still haven't paid my last month's salary or my full and final settlement.
I have been in contact with HR and the Director, Syed Zafar Imam, who first promised payment but ultimately did not fulfill this promise. This company is allegedly a major fraud primarily run by Syed Zafar Imam and Bhaskar Singh (GM of the company). They engage in numerous fraudulent activities, deceiving many customers through their two sister companies: www.1stopearcade.com and www.zoomwebmedia.com, targeting customers in the USA and Canada.
