Understanding Workers' Compensation: How Much Can Our Driver Claim After Losing His Leg?

Please help me out. Our driver met with a road accident, and his right leg was amputated during the operation. He is covered by insurance, so what should be his claim amount according to the Workers' Compensation Act?

Date of Birth: 02/07/1967

Please report the same to the Insurance Company. They will provide the claim form. Kindly fill it out and submit it to them. They will process the claim according to the Workers' Compensation Act, taking into consideration factors such as age and salary.
