Salary increased and now is 15500 rupees how he can get ESIC benefit?

Respected Sir/Madam, Please tells me in our company an employee's salary of 14000 thousand he covered by ESIC benefit and now his salary increased and now is 15500 rupees how he can get ESIC benefit after ESIC coverage Is any process if the employee gets his ESIC benfit after ESIC coverage.

Harnek can you clear your question about ESI benefit.
If you asking for ESI benefit after you get out of ESI Slab than you can take its benefit only upto 6 months then it is not possible to take benefit of ESI or Covered under ESI

Employee and spouse will get medical benefit so long as he/she pays Rs 120/pa to ESIC after retirement provided he was an IP for 5 years.

The retired employees should approach their Branch office with the proof of retirement /related papers from their employer .The BO will give a form.Fill up the form with all required data to BO.Then pay the Rs120/- in cash at BO.Then pay every year Rs 120/-at BO every year.
