Dear senoirs,
We had gave contract to \"X\" company and they had given subcontract to company \"Y\".Then who is responsible to submit the statutory compliances reports to principle employer.
Please give your views on the same.

If the subcontracting is done with or without PE's permission then also all contractors & subcontractors statutory compliance has to be monitored by PE only
