Resignation Of Employee Under Suspension- Qatar - PDF Download

Good day!
I'd like to seek for your advise. Is there anyone here who knows about Qatar Labor laws? I happen to have a friend in Qatar who is under suspension. But in the suspension letter, there is no date up to when the suspension will be. Can the employee resign even if he's under suspension?
