First, you should provide training on the 5S concept or post the importance of 5S on the notice board. Once they have awareness of this concept, you can then send an email asking them to maintain housekeeping in their work areas.

Thanks for the reply. Actually, I'm not working in such a big company, so implementing the 5S concept is not feasible for this office. We just want our employees to follow basic etiquettes. If you can assist me in sending do's and don'ts, please help me out. Thanks.
