Need Help Creating a Grading and Salary Structure for a Shipping Company – Any Examples or Ideas?

My boss requested that I create a grading and salary structure for a shipping and logistics company. I would appreciate it if anyone has examples of such a format for me to work on or even some ideas to explore. I have a time limit to finish this project and need to look at it from many aspects, such as compensation and benefits packages.

Please guide me in this matter to categorize employees (supervisors, managers, operations, etc.).

I did not put a time limit in my message, but for every project, there is a timeframe within which it can be completed. I would like to see other layouts of the salary structures. Thank you for your comments!
