Grading And Salary Structure For Shipping/logistic Firm

Hello!
My boss requested if I create grading and salary structure for shipping and logistic company. I would appreciate if anyone has examples for such a format for me to have work on or even some ideas to explore. I have time limit to finish this project and look at it in so many aspect as compensation and benefit packages.
Please guide me in this matter to put the employees in categories (supervisors, managers, operation…etc)

You cannot do this within your Boss's required timeline because it appears that you have very little knowledge/ skill on job grading and salary structure design.
The most logical thing for you to do is to get an expert in this area.
I can help you as I have done many projects of this nature in several big companies in KSA. But you have to get a budget for this matter as this is something where a company must be prepared to spend.
