Nowadays many candidates opt for Fake Experience and its very easy to get experience certificate from small firms or companies. Everyone knows its not Good or Legal but candidates without showing his experience are not able to get a good job as every Organization hires experienced employee they don\'t hire freshers so ....people have to show their fake experience...
I am trying for a job as SAP - Fi/Co Consultant from Nov 2011. I dont want to put up fake Experience. please advice me what shall i do . In knowledge of SAP,I am better than lot of people who are working as Consultant in MNC\'s both in india and abroad (as they are my institute mates and they still call me for doubts even after two years)
