Why Am I Only Getting Low-Paying HR Offers from Consultancies Instead of Companies?

Hi guys,

I'm in MBA-HR 2nd year. I have posted my CV on job portals, but I'm getting openings only in consultancies, and that too for a salary package less than 2 lakhs. Why is it so? I want to work in a company. How can I get offers from companies? Why are recruiters in consultancies paid so less? Please let me know your views on this.

Hi,

Getting a job in HR is difficult, and getting into a company is even more challenging. My suggestion is to work in consultancy to gain experience and then transition to a company after one year.
