Why HR In Consultancies Are Paid Less?

hi guys,
i m in MBA-HR 2nd year. I have posted my CV on job portals. but i m getting openings only in consultancies that too for salary package less than 2 lakhs. y is it so? i want to work in company. how can i get offers from companies? y recruiters in consultancies are paid so less? plz let me knw ur views on this. Hi,,
Getting a Job in Hr is diificult and getting in Company is very difficult.My sugession is work in consultancy get experience and jump to Company after 1 year.
