Dear Sir/Mam,
I am Ravi arora, currently working with pvt life Insurance Co. and I am a Confirmed Employee of the company. Last month i got injured and Still I am on medical leave. I already takes around 6 weeks medical Leaves and I Confirmed from Hr that I can Avail my Total Leaves as medical Leaves. Still I am not Comfortable to Join and 30 Carry Forward Leaves are still pending. My employer force me to join Immidiately and called me many times but still I am not ok due to my Injury. Plz suggest in this case what should I do. I also marked the mail with Doctor Medical certificates and Doctor Prescription.
Is there, my Employer can takes any action against me??
Plz Suggest all consequensis in this case.
