Can I Use Form 31 to Withdraw PF for Buying Agricultural Land? Seeking Clarity

I have completed 5 years with my organization. I want to withdraw the PF amount under Form 31. I bought agricultural/farm land and want to withdraw the PF amount. However, I do not see this option listed in Form 31 rules. Instead, there are many other options such as buying a site, plot, etc.
