Related To Apprentice Act In India

Dear all, need clarification for the below;
A person having 1 year of work experience worked under contract in a pvt company in electrical maintenance ( that person completed Diploma in Electrical). Please clarify whether a company can take that person (male) as Technician apprentice.

If the candidate is interested to work as apprentice then sure you can.

You can take him as apprentice technician since he has worked only as contract labour not as Apprentice. if he completed apprenticeship already in earlier company now he is not eligible for doing apprenticeship training one more time.
