Question About Labor License in Oil and Gas Industry

I am working in the oil and gas field. I have one question: if a labor license is obtained for a duration of one year, but during this period, work is stopped due to any reason and then resumed with the same type of nature of work and all other conditions remaining the same, except for a change in the contract number, do we need to obtain a new license or can we continue working with the existing license?

You do not need to obtain a new license when restarting work.
