How Can I Handle Delays in My Final Settlement and Gratuity from My Former Employer?

I resigned from my earlier company on 15th Jan 2013. Since then, they have been delaying my full & final settlement.

Pending Issues:

1. Gratuity payment
2. Full & final amount including leaves, notice period, variable, etc.
3. They have not deposited PF till my last working day—in other words, 3 months of PF is yet to be updated with the PF office. I have checked my PF passbook online.
4. Form 16—they are yet to issue the same, however, all taxes have been deducted from my salary.

I would appreciate it if you could share insights on how these issues can be managed and suggest legal recourse if the delay persists.

2. Full & final amount including leaves, notice period, variable, etc. - What procrastination reason are they offering to you?

3. They have not deposited PF till my last working day—in other words, 3 months of PF is yet to be updated with the PF office. I have checked my PF passbook online - Please ask them for Form 3A; you will get more clarity.

4. Form 16 – They are yet to issue the same; however, all taxes have been deducted from my salary - Please request them in writing if an oral request is not helpful.
