Joining HDFC Without a Relieving Letter: Will It Affect Future Job Moves in Banking?

HDFC Bank selected me and offered me an urgent position without requiring a relieving letter from my previous organization. Currently, I am working with Axis Bank, and Axis will not issue a relieving letter for not serving the mandatory notice period. However, HDFC told me to join without a relieving letter. I resigned from Axis but was not able to serve the full notice period. Will I face problems in the future when I try to move from HDFC to any other bank regarding the Axis relieving letter?

Concerns About Absconding and Relieving Letters

Any chance I became absconded by Axis? And is HDFC surely not going to create any problems regarding relieving?
