I am embarking on developing training projects for employees, but lack experience in this area with no guidance available. Therefore, seniors, could you kindly assist me in navigating this task? I have reviewed some training topics, but find the comments too general. Does anyone have questionnaires or a question list to identify training needs analysis (TNA) within the company?
