Hi All,
I have a query pertaining to renewal of Licence.
In the factories rule, infact in all of the State there is a provision which states that, if the factory apply for renewal within time, the factory is deemed to be duly licenced,till the time the licence is renewed. My doubt is what if the factory amend and renew the licence at the same time, in this condition will that amount to duly licenced.
Please provide with valuable information.
