Hi All,

I have a query pertaining to the renewal of a license. In the factories rule, in fact, in all of the State, there is a provision which states that if the factory applies for renewal within time, the factory is deemed to be duly licensed until the license is renewed. My doubt is, what if the factory amends and renews the license at the same time? In this condition, will that amount to being duly licensed?

Please provide valuable information.
