Can My PF Claim Be Rejected Due to a Joint Bank Account? Seeking Advice

I recently claimed PF from two of my previous companies. For both, I have provided canceled cheques of my joint account (with my sister). I received the claim from one, but for the other, the company is asking me to provide revised forms with bank details where I am a single account holder. Please confirm if the claim will be rejected if it's a joint account.

If your single joint bank account will not be allowed to withdraw EPF, the EPF Office will reject your claim. If you are married, then a joint bank account with your spouse or a single holder account is allowed to claim the withdrawal amount.
