Please help me out regarding the issue below. I received an offer from an MNC and completed the documentation, awaiting the offer letter. HR sent the offer letter along with salary details as they were not finalized during my interview. Upon receiving the offer letter, I responded regarding the requested joining date. I received an email from the company specifying the joining date and other formalities, such as induction details. However, I did not join the company due to personal reasons and am currently pursuing other job opportunities. I have missed calls from the office as I have not joined yet, but I was unable to answer them as I was hospitalized.
I seek advice on how to handle this situation with HR in a manner that will not negatively impact my future career opportunities with other MNCs.
