Registrations Required ? - Employee Issue

Kindly let me know what are all the registrations required for software gaming company(Pvt Ltd)And let me know the uses of that registrations too.Mainly i want to know About PT,Service Tax registration,TDS.Kindly help me in this regarding.

Did you register your firm under the Shops and establishment act, applicable to your State ?
Its the first and the foremost registration you would require. There would be certain standards that you would have to maintain upon registration.
PF , Gratuity and other compliance would follow
