Recovery Of Advance From The PF Contribution.

Dear Seniors/Colleague
An employee take a advance as a loan from his employer that can be recovered from his monthly salary in installment. After few time employee resigned from the organisation and submit the PF withdrawal as per the rules.
Now employer submit the PF withdrawal with a letter that Rs....so and so amount is due on the employee as an advance and please recovered from his EPF remittance.
Now Question is that Can PF commissioner recovered the advance amount that was taken by the employee from his employer or not.
If yes please mentioned the Clause/rules/section pf EPF act.

No recovery can be made by RPFC from the EPF amount. Even court attachment is not possible on EPF amount.
