Concept of HR - what will be my actual fieldwork, responsibilities & Tasks?

Hello Everyone, Myself Nitin Sakunde, I am graduate in BMS (commerce) this Year. I got the Job in my desired field i.e. HR Executive, Since this is my very first Job so I don't have any Idea about its practical knowledge & Job responsibilities.
Hence, I request all the Members, if possible please Tell me what will be my actual fieldwork, responsibilities & Tasks, It is a Transport company I am working in.

In My openion, Payroll are most valueble job in HR. Let me clear some of responsibilities to Payroll administrator : -
First of all, You should be aware about Salary Structure of your companies (If you mail me all salary details of your companies staff, i will send you after compilation in Salary Sheet. It is very helpful to you to do all pay roll on one click)
for pay roll processing, You need Leave record sheet of all employees.
you must be knowledge of all deduction of applicable to you industries like pf, esic, processional tax, canteen, advance and loan etc. please note, this is very important.
after compilation of attendance, you may prepare summary sheet of fund requirement for approve your senior management.
after approval, prepare bank transfer letter. than prepare salary slips.
every month you should go though with this cycle.
