I have recently joined a company that deals in hospitality sector but i dont have any idea of legal and liasoning process that needs to be followed in such companies.

Go through the applicable laws to your industry. Find out how much laws followed by your organization and how much should be follow.
Collect prior information. Study and prepare the Table Chart as per following : -

Than talk to your seniors about what to do next.
