How Useful Is SAP For A Successful Career In HR?

Dear Seniors and Colleagues,
Please advise how feseable is to change industry. For E.g. currently I am in Infrastructure industry and after doing SAP I am planning to change it.
Please advise how promising this decision will be for me as I have 5 years exp. Now in thus industry.

Thank you all for your valuable suggestions. as I am in Mumbai and in Infrastructure industry. Please let me know or suggest some institutes who are premium institutes in delivering SAP/Peoplesoft Training with Good placement records.
