Employee Retention Strategies In Dairy Industry

I am doing PGDM in Institute of Management Development and Research, Pune. It is the sister branch of fergusson college. For completion of my degree I am doing project in Parag foods Pvt. Ltd.(Gowardhan) on Employee retention strategies. For the same I want to know which retention strategies do you use in your organization (Dairy Industry). Specially for tech. officers and sales people.
Can you please on guide me on above topic? It will be great help for me.
