Hi Friends, I have to work on a thesis for my Master's in HRM. We can select a topic from any area, but I prefer it to be related to HR. I would highly appreciate it if you all could advise on some current topics related to HR for me to explore whether I can proceed with it. If the topic is related to the banking field, that would be ideal, I think, because I am working in a bank.
