We are a Computer & Laptop Sale Company. Currently, we were dealing only within India. Recently, we have received an order from the United States for some laptops. We want to know the following things:

1. Invoice Format
2. Proforma Invoice Format
3. Any registration number required to deal with overseas clients
4. Quotation Format
5. Shipping Cost

Well, I hope the client has ordered the laptops, etc., through your website. Then, he must be aware of the prices, etc., and you do not need to quote prices again.

Also, nothing needs to change in the invoice format, and you can use the same format used for Indian customers. No other registration number is needed to add.

As for shipping costs, it would be better if you could consult with a courier or logistics company to ensure they also ship overseas. Don't forget to convey to your client that the shipping cost needs to be borne by him/her and that the product does not include the shipping cost.
