Eligibility Of Gratuity At The Time Of Notice Period

Dear All,
Please let me know whether notice period buy out is considered for the eligibility of Gratuity. I searched and couldn't find the same. I know that notice period is considered, however not sure about the notice period buy out. Appreciate your valuable comments.

Notice period buy out will not be covered/ considered. But the last working day given in service certificate will be included while gratuity period.
