Exploring Recruitment through Blogging: Could This Be the Next Big Thing in HR?

I have created a PowerPoint presentation on one of the emerging practices in recruitment. We in HR need new practices to tackle the recruitment challenge, and we are all on the lookout for innovative approaches. One such method that I am exploring is "Recruitment through blogging." Although not yet prominent in India, it shows promise.

It's a great piece of information. I am a recruiter and find it very useful. Kudos for your effort and the study you have done. Blogging will surely change the socio-economic and recruitment scenario in the future.

Personally speaking, the traditional methods that you mentioned are not the most effective methods now. Great piece. Keep it up.
