Engaging Women Employees in Night Shifts

Regarding engaging women employees in night shifts, there was a judgment delivered in the Chennai High Court in the 2000s. You can refer to LLN in this regard. There are elaborate guidelines for engaging women in night shift timings against the provisions of the Factories Act in the judgment, and some of the provisions can be considered for the IT industry if there are no separate rules applicable to IT.
