Which HR Courses Are in Demand for Someone with an MBA and Limited Experience?

I have completed my MBA with an HR specialization in the year 2010 and have only 6 months of experience as an HR Executive. I further want to do some courses in HR. Thus, I wanted to know which HR courses are in demand.

Your post does not elaborate on why you have only 6 months of experience when you completed your MBA three years ago. Was this due to marriage or other family responsibilities?

Why Pursue More Courses?

Why pursue more courses when you already have an MBA? Additional courses are beneficial only with work experience. An MBA is sufficient to kickstart and advance your career.

If you already have experience in HR, then there is no need to do any course. You just need to update yourself regarding HR laws, labor laws, PF, etc., and current news and updates in different sectors.

So there is nothing to worry about; be confident and move ahead to get the job.
