I work in a software company and need to draft a policy for "Environment, Health and Safety"

Hi,
As a software company your environmental concerns would be disposal of electronic wastes and consumption of papers.
The Health Hazards could be issues associated with ERGONOMICS
The saleft hazards could be Electric shocks and accidents while employees travelling from huose to work place and back on two or four wheelers.
Your EHS policy should be associated with Environmental aspects as well as H&S hazards.
