As a fresher you should firstly give more concentrated on job portal sits e.g. Naukri.com, Monster.com, Times.com etc, update this site on a daily basis for cache new opportunities and talking about hr knowledge you are member of CitHR then you well know hr activity, all acts and good communication. And IT related you should give more concentration on basic excel, word, internet, payroll software basic idea and important is proper outlook knowledge.
