For Employment Exchange compliances, you have to fill in the form ER-1 and send it to the Assistant Employment Officer on or before the 15th of the month after the end of a quarter. For example, for the second quarter (April to June), the quarterly return should be submitted on or before the 15th of July 2013.

With respect to gratuity, please elaborate on your query a little bit more.

I presume you have two separate questions that have no relevance to each other. Your second question, which is on the POG Act, is now clear to me as well. The answer to your first question has been correctly provided by Vishal ji. Just to add to it, there is a bi-annual return in ER-II.
