I am really confused as to which topic to select for my Ph.D. thesis. I have studied Management with a specialization in HRM.

Of the many, I would suggest you think of Employee Engagement. It's one that most people would want solid inputs in.

You may ask yourself the following questions:

1. What made you decide to enroll in a Ph.D. program?
2. What are your areas of interest? Please list them.
3. Select one area where you feel passionate about seeking knowledge.
