Guidelines for Official Mobile Usage
I would like to have some guidelines introduced in our company for the use of official mobiles. It has been observed that employees who have been given mobiles for official use are using them for personal calls.
After collecting the records of personal calls, it has been observed that the mobiles are being used for personal purposes most of the time. We aim to minimize costs as they are increasing day by day. Our management has decided not to deduct the costs of personal calls but has instructed me to establish guidelines for the same.
Kindly provide me with some useful guidelines that can be implemented to reduce costs and encourage staff members to minimize personal calls. This would be very helpful for me.
