Why is it so complicated to transfer online EPF? Can't we fill up the form on the online page?

I'm trying to claim for PF, but when I select the option for PF withdrawal, I receive an error message that states, "DATE OF LEAVING IS LESS THAN 2 MONTHS FROM TODAY OR AGE SHOULD BE 58 YEARS OR MORE".

I have already tried twice, but for some reason, it was rejected. I am now applying for the third time and encountering the same error message as mentioned above.

Could you please help me with a solution?
