kindly tell me about staff & workers salary / wages preparation 25 To 24 in place of 01 To 30. so kindly guide me which process & how to preparation.
so tell me it is possible for all respect ? kindly send per forma & process also.

It depends from industry to industry....
For the making payment on 31st or 1st of every month , the attendance is generally calculated from 25 to 25 of the month ..
It's easy for making salary payment and other Statutory compliance payment on time..
Can do in the excel sheet or can opt for any software for calculating the attendance and wage preparation.. availbale plenty in the market.
