HR Policy Manual For Multi Speciality Hospital In India

Dear Seniors
I am presently working in Manufacturing industry for past 6 years in Payroll section
I would like to know in detail as how to design an HR manual for newly set up Hospitals.
This Hospital would be set up in Pune (Yerawada) and would be of 150 beds around 500 employees and its going to be a Multi-Speciality hospital.
Can anyone provide me with Sample HR Policy for Multi speciality hospitals
Your guidance is highly awaited..Pl help.
Please guide as I am not able to get any information from anywhere.

I do also have same question, as I am also working with 150 bedded Multi-speciality Hospital around 360 employees. There is no guideline regarding this. So, Kindly guide me to prepare HR Policy for the same.

You may not find anything to do with Hospitals, but you will find a lot of sample manuals posted. You can adapt to suit YOUR organisation's policies.

We DO NOT work for your hospital so we cannot provide the information you are seeking. This is not a one size fits all proposition. The manual has to be written specifically for YOUR requirements.
