How Do I Create an HR Manual for a New Multi-Specialty Hospital in Pune? Seeking Guidance!

Dear Seniors, I am presently working in the manufacturing industry for the past 6 years in the Payroll section. I would like to know in detail how to design an HR manual for a newly set up hospital.

Hospital Details

This hospital would be set up in Pune (Yerawada) and would have 150 beds, around 500 employees, and it's going to be a Multi-Specialty hospital. Can anyone provide me with a sample HR policy for Multi-Specialty hospitals?

Your guidance is highly awaited. Please help. Please guide me as I am not able to get any information from anywhere.

I also have the same question, as I am currently working with a 150-bed Multi-speciality Hospital that employs around 360 individuals. There are no guidelines regarding this matter. Therefore, I kindly request your guidance in preparing an HR Policy for the same.
