Just Moved to the UK: How Can I Break into Organizational Development and Training?

I have recently relocated to the UK and came across this amazing website while doing some research for the company I am working at. I am looking to get into organizational development and training and would appreciate any contacts or ideas on how to get in. I have a honours degree in organizational psychology as well as experience in training and development (training assistant/coordinator).

I really would like to get into a company that deals with OD. Do you know of any recruitment contacts or companies that fit this category?
