Stuck on Creating My First Training Module: What Should I Do Next?

Namaskar, I need some inputs from the industry experts as I have to prepare a training module for my summer internship project. This is the first time I am preparing anything like this.

Steps Already Completed

Following things I have already done:
1. Preparing the questionnaire.
2. Questionnaires are filled now.
3. Data interpretation is done.
4. Identified the area in which training is to be given.

But next, I got stuck. What to do next? Please guide me for the same.
