sureshkumar.chekuri
I am working as an HR executive in a construction company. Could you please provide me with information on how minimum wages for contract labor are determined? Additionally, I am seeking details on the latest wages in the cement industry, which were amended with effect from 01.07.2013.

Thanks and regards

Every state government issues a Government Order (GO) stating the minimum wages in the state for the contract labor industry-wise. From that GO, you can determine the minimum wages for the contract labor.
