Clarification Needed on Filing Provident Fund

I am an accountant in an IT company, where I have added a few employees (25 people). Now, I need to add those individuals to the PF account and file them for this financial year (April 2012 to March 2013).

I would be truly grateful if someone could explain the complete process and steps involved in adding the employees and filing the PF arrears.

Thank you for your kind response. The dates of their joining are between April 2012 and September 2012, and the average salary ranges from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 12,000.
