How To Submit EPF Arrear

Dear Frnds,
Please clarify my below doubt with Filing Provident Fund.
I am an accountant in an IT company, in which I have added few employees (25 people). Now I need to add those persons to PF account and file them to this financial year (April 2012 to March 2013).
I will be really happy, if anyone could explain me the complete process and steps in adding the employees and filing those PF arrears.

Dear Murthy,
Thanks for ur kind response.
Their date of joining is btw Apr-12 to Sep-12 and Average salary is Rs.10,000 to Rs 12,000.
