Hi all,
I am in a bond agreement with the company . Now I have got offer from other company which is very good and want to take the offer. I am ready to pay the bond amount and also ready to serve two months of notice period. But my company is not accepting my resignation. Please guide me in this situation what should I do.
Regards,

You have to either pay the bond amount or serve two months notice period. Dont do both the things :-)
Company CANNOT reject your resignation letter. Send the official resignation mail keeping all the concerned people in CC (HR,Reporting Manager,HOD and HR helpline email).
Your notice period will start from the day you have sent the mail.
remember, Bonded labour is crime in India. Bonds are illegal. I am sure your contract has used the word "Service Agreement"

Give it in writing. Submit resignation letter stating the following
1. Give two month's notice period and say that you may be relieved with effect from the date ( specify the dt after two months) as per terms and conditions.
2. Give it in writing that you are prepared to pay the agreed amount immediately as per the service agreement
just relax. Follow up with the Company after 15 days. Give it in writing If there is no response give a letter after 15 days. Keep sending a reminder once a week.
On the 45th day, send a letter stating that since there is no response from the Management, you are presuming that you will get relieved on the date mentioned.
Don't accept new assignments.
Complete all assignments and get it documented
No management can compel a person to stay. If you relax, your manager will be in tension.
JUST RELAX THEY WILL ACCEPT.
