A 'Personality Development Program' at the level of students should include: (i) Business Etiquette & social mannerism (ii) Communication & presentation skills and (iii) Personal Code of Conduct while dealing with problems in life (sometimes called as Value System).
Above aspects, if developed adequately, can enhance the prospects of students, opting for different careers, after completing their studies.

Dear Shweta,
You have found parters and contributors to your program. I have a request to make. Please include industry interaction as internship to your program.
Enroll your students for professional meets up, relevant to their field of work. Look for the ones with intense interaction and not just the ones with 'a powerful speaker and many attendees'. Toastmasters can be useful if they want to master public speaking.
Please consider sharing your experience. I wish to learn from them.

I normally conduct Positive Mental attitude, Self Motivation, SWOT analysis, SMART goal setting, Time leveraging skills,Communication and listening skills, Planning and prioritising studies, leadership, teambuilding, how to develop resume, facing interview, etc.
Right now I am doing a project for 3rd year students of 7 branches of engg at 8 days per branch in a college in Tamilnadu . Ofcourse this is inclusive of aptitude skills training which is handled by another trainer....
Best wishes
