Dear Members,

Can anyone please help me out? I need to know what all topics can be used as training topics for newly joined staff in a hospital. It can be anything from HR topics, Nursing topics, Technician Training, Quality topics, etc.

Hello Avik,

If you have recently joined, you can check the hospital's past records to get an idea of the relevant topics for training. Besides the topics you have mentioned above, please ensure that new recruits are given induction training, i.e., an introduction to all the staff/doctors, their responsibilities, available facilities, hospital procedures, etc. Although I come from an industrial background, I believe that induction training is common and essential in any type of organization.

Working in a hospital also requires a certain amount of patience, understanding, and proper communication. Therefore, I suggest considering training in areas such as listening skills, effective communication, and how to handle negative feedback. It would be helpful. You can further research this site for topics in your area.

All the best!
