One of our employees has lost his wife after a long illness due to kidney failure. He has already spent a lot and is in debt for almost 4 lacs. He has struggled a lot. Now, it's our time to support him. We want every employee to donate his or her one-day salary to support him. Please tell me how to write a mail to all employees.

Thank you very much for your reply! Though I have already written an email to my staff employees, I would like to share an interesting reply to that. I received a response from an employee of our organization stating that he is going to have knee surgery, for which he needs 1.5 to 2 lakh rupees. He requested all of us to show sympathy and support for him.

I feel ashamed of individuals who compare themselves with a worker earning a monthly salary of just 5,000 to 7,000 rupees, solely for monetary reasons.

I am also receiving positive responses. Employees are stepping forward to donate two or three days' salary as well.

Once again, thank you very much for your support!

I am really pleased that employees are coming forward to donate generously. My wife used to say that whenever there is a collection of some sort, it's the ladies who give generously, while the men are stingy. Also, the poor give more generously than the rich.

I would like to know what the organization is giving. Would it not be nice if the organization could match what is being donated by the workers?
