I am an MBA HR holder, and now I am running an IT company with my brother, having 10 employees in this company. Please help me by providing information on joining formalities and documents. This is my first job as an HR, so I kindly request your assistance in this matter.

Hi sir, thanks for your guidance. Now I have to consider a bond or agreement for employees to stay with us for the long run. I want to implement this bond for 1 to 2 years. What is the format for this, and where should I obtain it? Should I draft this format on the company letterhead or on judicial stamp paper? I am unsure about this issue. A friend suggested taking the original academic certificates from the employees, but I believe that holding onto their certificates poses a security risk. I kindly request your advice on this matter.
