I am Sangeeta Singh, working as an HR Officer in a Real Estate company. I am currently tasked with preparing the Salary Annexure and Salary Slip for a Manager Level position with a CTC of 4,20,000. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in understanding the norms related to DA, Education Allowance, Gratuity, Superannuation, and LTA.
