Employee Provident Fund: New Form 13 Update

The Employee Provident Fund has issued a new Form 13 to facilitate the transfer of Provident Fund (PF) from an old organization to a new one. The revised Form 13 has been attached with this email.

Please find attached Form 13 (revised) for EPF transfer. This form should be submitted to the PF office under which the previous or the present account is maintained, depending on which employer has attested the claim.

The member has the option to get the claim form attested by the present or previous employer. In case of attestation by the previous employer, the time taken for settlement will be relatively less.

Please find attached information about the online digital EPF transfer form. EPFO is likely to launch the digital/online EPF transfer claim in August 2013.
